I reserved a car from Avis when I got to the Avis counter they would not oner the price they wanted to charge me over double they said I must have lied to them. I had no idea what they were talking about since I had just rented a car at another Avis location a few months earlier. I called customer service they were of no help. I had to rent the car from another company. Latter that week I got a e mail from Avis I was their mistake. At that point it was time to go home!!

Such friendly staff. Gave us free waters when we arrived. Car was easy to grab and return, and very clean

Had some issues with unusually high charges upon return. Fortunately was able to discuss these with Avis and was refunded these unexpected charges. Everything else went well.

Reasonable prices, great service. Was even upgraded to a more comfortable car. Ended up with a Honda Civic. Was pleased with the way it drove and handled the road. I did find an old bottle of water and an empty can of Dr pepper under the driver's seat, so someone isn't doing a very good job with cleaning up after customers. But all in all a good experience.
