The Employees and nurse here were professional , helpful and friendly. "The boss needs to be replaced honestly !!!! "Frankly the nurse can be the owner! The owner here was...a little bit .. emotional 😭.he sometimes was nice 🙂 sometimes mean to customers....His sarcasm wounded his vanity... Most of them are helpful and honest. 👍 But the boss at front desk said some negative and mean words to make customers feel bad sometimes. He scared people "might die tomorrow or next week " ..he mentioned "death about corona".. maybe he was too stressful.sometimes he did not provide the right answer to people. His words were a little mean...His sarcasm wounded his vanity. The owner likes "sarcasm" to customers. if u run a business should be always staying positive and friendly.kind every day .the same ..stable mood...it will last long .. business will go bigger if u were nice to neighborhood...he can not say" their friend might die without his treatment". Nobody wants to hear 🙉 death at pharmacy....some patients were positive after vaccine and coming for testing and third 🥉 vaccine. The girl inside -- the nurse was nice 🙂 and the front desk was not honest for charging administration fee and making arguments with patients... sometimes did not print honest receipt 🧾 and stole little changes from customers if u did not ask... They forgot or stole a little money from each customer... double charge if you forgot to count the amount or pay cash to them for purchasing the products... Because a little change, it was very easy to forget, if front desk stole large amount , people won't "let it go "! They charged administration fee from Insurance company for each vaccine. Vaccine is free but they tried to make reasons to get management fee ... additional fee...And also they like to receive cash. And stole a little bit money around 10% which is hard to find out... Sometimes people forget...they stole a little bit 10%. So the Employees here r much better than the owner here.
