Nice campgroind with close access to the water. Some sights are right on the water and others have just a short walk. I wish more sights were available to book but most are first come first serve. There is mis communication between the website and the actual campground / hosts. Website will tell you check in / out is 2pm but the hosts will tell you checkout is 12. Leash rules are very strict even at the water. If you want to enjoy the water with your dogs you are better off driving further down the lake and finding a cove to hike down to. Bathrooms were spotless and cleaned twice a day most days.

Frenchman’s lake is beautiful. Very peaceful place with energy.

The sites are nice close to the water. Would be nice if there were flushing toilets an showers.

You have to pay for a pass to camp. Depending where you camp it's about $20 to $30 a night. Maybe less at some places.
Of course after I asked, I found it. Check in is at 2pm, checkout is 12pm. Sharing here in case anyone else has that question.
There are first come first serve camp sites there. They go fast. If the campground management company is the same. Try Thousands Trails website to check availability.
No Leslie Bowen, they don't and it can get stinky but the lady there stays after it
