The rooms are excellent. Check-in was fest and simple. I've stayed here several times, and each time, I've stopped for a drink at the Starbucks:) if you're a Starbucks-gal like I am, you'll really appreciate having one in-house. It makes all the difference. A premier steakhouse and plenty bars and food options can come handy as well:) Fresh cookies are always a nice touch as usual.... I guess the best thing is having everything in-house. Such a convenience.

It's a beautiful hotel. I loved the room and the whirlpool outdoor hot tub. It was very relaxing. They even give out delicious, warm chocolate chip cookies at check in. I would love to stay there again. The king size bed was comfortable.

The hotel is nice if you are going to enjoy the hotel. But really if you are going to stay for a couple of days and go out, another Hilton in the area is better. I specifically requested a room with the balcony. and they gave me that little balcony. It was still next to the laundry room and there was a lot of noise. I didn't really enjoy the balcony and I didn't go out because it was uncomfortable for me that people was walking by and I was sitting there. I asked twice if they could change my room and they only told me "let's see what we can do"

Positive: Location. Good food in the restaurant. Nice security team. Starbucks. Mezzanine very inviting. Pool area is beautiful.Shuttle. Negative: Doubled billed. Charged double what was quoted for an upgrade. The room rug appeared to not have been vacuumed. Hair on one bed. Toilet has mold and needs a good scrub. Front desk check-in not very accommodating. not. no never again

I **BELIEVE** you can take the shuttle anytime day or night. I'm sure it says scheduled every 20 minutes and I'm certain they would run that often if there was a demand. However, during my stay the shuttle never left the parking lot (they aren't going to just waste gas but if you need a ride from the airport in the middle of the night, I'm certain they'll be there to pick you up!! :)
