I recently stayed here for 12 days for work. My company paid for the room prior to my arrival and the front desk said they just needed to put my card on file for incidentals and would not be charged. However when I left I noticed multiple charges totally up to $2,000 on my credit card. I called multiple times and they kept saying they were going to send the change of payment authorization to me and to the company on multiple occasions and have never received a single email. *update, finally after several weeks I was able to get a hold of a knowledgeable manager that was willing to resolve the issue and I got refunded. Still will not be staying here again.

1 Star for friendly front desk staff, 1 Star for price. That is being generous as the cons are significant: 1. room had a cigarette smoke stench, and in the middle of the night the aroma of marijuana made it's way into the room 2. Thin walls/creaky ceiling/loud A/C, thin blanket on bed, not to mention barking dog made for a cold, sleepless night. 3. Outdated, dirty pool area with jacuzzi out of commission, (staff said it's been over a year now yet website does not mention this). 4. Overly ripe, literally mushy black bananas offered at breakfast counter. 5. Grand finale was the barking dog and owner in the a.m. stopped in front of our room and dog took a dump (owner did not bother picking it up). Don't blame the hotel for that one, but overall a reminder that you get what you pay for!

One of the worst Residence Inns I have stayed in. Run down, half things in room didn't work, $15 a night for parking. And tge 6 am breakfast started after I had to leave for meeting at 6:30. I am ashamed of Marriott for allowing this business to represent you. Never again

Great location. Full kitchen. Friendly staff. We had to move the table next to the bed because it made it a tight squeeze getting to the hall to the bathroom. We were disappointed to find out the hot tub has not worked for the past year. Marriott, please don't advertise a hotel as having a hit tub when it's been broken for a year. We drove 7 hours yesterday and walked over 5 miles today. We got into our swimsuits and walked to the hot tub to find it covered and asked staff about it.
