When we checked in the room we were given was Dirty!! Then, the front desk guy tried to charge us same price for a queen bed when we booked a king bed. We had lugged all our luggage to 2nd floor and had to bring it all back down to switch rooms which took 30mins of OUR time! They offered No discount but the lady at FD found a room with a king bed and that made it a little better and they gave us an extra hour to check out which was really cool (I asked the next am). I prob wouldn't stay here again it was very noisy and I didn't like the front desk guys attitude. The lady at the front desk made it much better. Give her a raise cuz if she hadn't helped it wouldn't have worked out for us, the guests.

yes. they pick you up from the airport when you call, and leave from hotel to airport every half hour.
