I was a customer for a long time when they were in the old spot on Pine Ridge. I went back for the first time since covid and was treated horribly by the woman working the counter. She was in no mood to answer questions and had a horrible attitude and demeanor. She walked away from me and then there was no one to help get the beads I wanted. When we tried to select the beads she snapped at us that she had to cut them. My mom also had some purchases and I was horrified at how she treated her just for asking simple questions. I was so upset I don't know if I want to return. This person clearly doesn't like her job or hates people, but she should not be working with the public. 2 stars because the beads are beautiful. Please hire better staff.
