This hotel was so clean! Really appreciated that especially because we have a little one who goes all over the place. The whole property is well kept. The customer service was great as well, good security too. It is a bit outdated interior, some outlets didn’t work also, but it really didn’t bother us. We really liked this hotel’s management!

This was the second time here and this time i spent 8 nights in the hotel. The room was large and very clean. The amenities provided for free was nice and the staff were super helpful. My coffee maker wasnt working at 11 pm i called the front desk and within 5 minutes Sergio from maintenance brought me a brand new one. There was a beautiful courtyard and pool. 24 hour laundry facilities and a large propane grill that was available. My definite go to place in Ontario. I will be back.

Esmeralda cleaned my room so good that it felt like home!!! I was very comfortable due to the cleanness and great customer service. I have been coming here for years and I am so glad that I finally found a housekeeper that takes her job very serious!!! Keep up the good work esmeralda

I'm giving this place 4 stars because the service and security are excellent. They even give you cookies when you check in. The room we stayed in was big but run down. It smelled very musty. This isn't the fault of the employees, the owners need to invest more in updating their rooms.
