Very deceptive practices. Offered room at CDL rate but didnt say they wouldnt reward points to a diamond member. Rate was a few dollars less than online and cost me the promotion of a 50 dollar gift card. Then proceeded to charge for the key card if it wasnt returned. 50 cent cost to hotel and they charge 5$ . I would look elsewhere for a nice room as pool was also closed as well due to "emergency"

Did some updates on rooms but still pretty run down. Furniture broken, chairs stained and nasty, bedding has burn holes. Staff is great!! Very friendly and helpful.

Room was very basic and a bit higher priced for it but it was a nice sized room. There was no carpet and it could have a better sweeping. One of the bedside tables had some kind of liquid on the top, possibly cleaning spray. The bedspread had burn holes in it. The ice machine was in need of repair and cleaning, but had ice. We had a very late arrival and naturally I just signed the sheet upon check in and headed to the room. We asked for a late checkout the next morning, which was free until noon and we left before noon. The maid was at a nearby room so we just left the key card on the table and left. When I saw our bank statement a few days after, there was an additional charge of $5.00 which was because we did not physically take the card back to the office. Clerk said there is a statement on the receipt about the charge - and even though maid was right outside there was no offer to remove the charge. A 39 cent piece of plastic for $5.00 - not sure we would ever stay there again.

Pretty impressed for the price this place is clean and well kept. The room is in tip top shape from when you first walk in. Lady at the front desk is nice to.
