For 189 $ a night Poor service Bed bugs No room cleaning service and when asked for fresh towels I was offered “ floor “ bath towels as alternatives. So far from previous owners, really went downhill. I will be reading all reviews from now on, before booking, which warned about the experience I had. Never again.

First this isn't a 3 star hotel. Don't be fooled. It is run down and needs some major upgrades. There were rat traps at every door. The first night we had to change rooms at 11:30pm cause there was water dripping IN THE WALLS of our room. The next 2 nights, were awful because they allowed their guests to scream, yell and play loud music at the pool and courtyard until almost midnight. I left my very expensive pillow in the room, and housekeeping or a employee stole it. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, don't stay here.

Customer service not bad, but hotel is terrible overall. It's dated, no vending on my floor, little snack shop closes early, front desk can't break a ten dollar bill for vending, restaurant/room service overpriced, plumbing is horrible, black stuff comes out of pipes in bathtub, we're missing the chair & ottoman in room, doors move all night- sounds like somebody inserting key, no screen on window. I won't pay these prices for this low-end hotel agn! I came here years ago, when it was a nice, beautiful hotel. Too bad more hasn't been done to upkeep.. then staff is stuck apologizing for things out of their authorization. This place has lazy owners imo.

Very spacious waiting hall with dinning , coffee and bar accommodation. Plenty of seating some with charging and outlet accessibility. Handicap accessibility and best of all clean with everyone wearing masks. There was a slight lean or dip on the floor when coming out of the elevators on the 6th floor that was a fun surprise and messed with me a little. But the hallway was level as are the rooms lol. Speaking of the rooms nice and clean with a generous amount of space , comfy bed, a closet and bathroom accommodations. The hair dryer Is something most girls look for but to be honest my favorite thing is the folding of the toilet paper, towels and bed cover.
