Stopped by for a ten dollar chicken burger. It was hard, tasteless, dry and quite frankly ... a waste of money and a pathetic excuse for food. This place has really gone downhill. It used to be amazing over 2 years ago, pre-pandemic. Avoid this place, it is truly hopeless. They could take a few pointers from SUPER DUPER. That's what BOSS burger used to be like. Now, it's a recipe for food poisoning and low quality food. The workers do not look happy. My husband and I ate there a month ago (got 2 burgers and fries) and it was also really terrible. How can you mess up a burger? Well, they can. It's like hospital cafeteria food. It tastes like they freeze everything which strips the food of any flavor. They just lost 4 more customers.

Horrible horrible horrible. The food was so bland the burgers were plain and they up charge as if they were a gourmet burger place. Fries were over cooked chili chili cheese fries were garbage. They think adding bay leaves to canned chili will make it taste better,complete and utter trash.

Burgers were horrible. Chili cheese fries were the worst things ever. Albany fries are garbage. The only person who liked the food was my 1 year old daughter. Not sure why people pay the price for this food. I’d rather go to McDonald’s.

I ordered a simple cheese burger. It was great. It had a good balance of toppings and sauce. The fries were nice and crispy, and they give you a pretty good portion for the small. The sweet potato fries I tried off my friends plate were really excellent too, a bit on the sweeter side. We mostly chose this place because of its soft serve options, which was really good, creamy. Overall really liked it, would be nice if they would bring the food to your table if you’re eating in, but did not really detract from the experience.
