Absolutely incompetents. I’d vote for any politician that seizes all the assets of UPS and folds it into USPS.

Waited for about an hour and 15 to pick up package. Asked multiple people around and they all said it’s not their department. After nocking on the window for most of the time one of the people that said it wasn’t their department had access and was able to get my package.
