My experience w this place was very uneventful. Started out rather drastic as i was charged twice, proven and then get no special deals and rates and free month I got messed over because the ladybirds counter charged me twice, intern screwed up a lot of my other Bank transactions that I had going on at the time. It's all workedout since then. As for the grounds go not impressed. The restroom is still not working I've been there for 7 months now and not once has the restroom worked there's a sign saying they're working on it it's not being fixed. Every time I'm there I get yelled at by the manager there for being there for so long. I don't understand why , I pay my bills I'm not late I have a unit there why am I being rushed out of there unknown.

Jo the manager is the best thing about this location. She made checking in a breeze and throughout the year I have been here she is always nice and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this location because of her.
