I’ve had a series of terrible experiences trying to get blood work done. Labcorp locations that were closed during hours they were supposed to be open, employees who refused to check the system for my orders, and more. I got here 10 minutes before close and Gabriela was a gem. She was so sweet and helped me sort through billing and new insurance, took my blood, and got my out the door all within 10 minutes. I will only use this location moving forward! Thanks Gabriela!

I have gone to Lab corp since my insurance forced me here. Normally it is a bit of a mess, but not too bad. Today I came at 11:00, saw 12 people in the lobby. Said no way and set an appointment for 1:15. I got to the door at 1:03, and there were 3 people ahead of me.There was also a sign on the door that said due to being short staffed, we will open at 1:30. I waited until 1:35 when we got in and then checked in via paper due to both of the kiosks being down. My dr (down the hall) sends enters for the labs to try and conserve paper. They told me that I had never been here this year (I was in on Feb) and proceeded to tell me that they had no labs. I got them, (from down the hall), brought them in and waited as 4 people were served ahead of me. To say today was a disaster, is putting it nicely.)
