Seems like a very unprofessional operation: 1) was not served until 30 minutes after my appointment time with no apology for the delay. 2) Most patients in the waiting room were not wearing masks because the staff was not enforcing the mask requirement posted on the front door. 3) My photo ID was not checked.

Not even surprised. I go to the doctor and it's the wrong order. How convenient...especially when certain staff were saying people are crazy for getting their covid vaccine. Okay...that's your choice not to get it. But don't scare your older people in by going nuts about your stance against it. And when they reply that they think it's foolish not to get vaccinated (as a reply to you calling them stupid for getting it) don't get mad and purposely send i in wrong labs to the doctor. Stay focused, and keep that ghetto Cholla attitude out of the professional and more importantly medical job.

I've been bombarded with texts/emails all week about my upcoming appointment. I get another text to sign in once I arrive. I walk in the door right at the time of my appointment - and there's no one at the front. I wait a few minutes and eventually Cat comes out. She tells me that their computers/phones are not working, and then she asks if I have my doctor's request for my lab test. I don't because the lab test request was sent straight to Quest - and then I was told to book straight through the link the Quest provided in an email. She just kept saying to me 'well, I have no idea what you're supposed to get' - so I tell her the reason I was there. She told me she couldn't do the test. Like she couldn't do the test and then write it down later once the computers are back up? I showed her the email confirming the appointment and she told me that there was nothing she could do - and shrugged her shoulders after I asked what I should do and said 'you could go somewhere else?'. How would that be possible with the doctor sending the request right to you? I went to reschedule on my phone via the email confirmation and because the appointment time already passed, Quest "couldn't find my appointment" - which I don't know how this possible for the constant daily reminders via text I was getting. Look - I understand unexpected things happen that are out of your control. But why wasn't corporate called (on your personal cell phone, if you've got to do it that way) to send out texts BC I KNOW THEY KNOW HOW TO SEND OUT TEXTS to tell everyone on their list for today from this location and what the situation was? I'm peeved that I spent over an hour of my time getting to and from this appointment only to be treated with a shrug and no real work for a solution. Disappointing to say the least.

Super easy. Ordered my labs through the website, checkin with QR code, wait less than 1 minute and was out of there within 15 minutes. I had 4 blood samples drawn and a urinalysis. Staff was chill and tried to make conversation.

Yes. Very simple process at Quest, though the sign up took more time.
Just walk in
