I went in asking for the person who normally fixes my phone and was told “ he no longer works here sorry but if you need a new phone I can sell you a device” what happened to customer service?! At least I used to get help here unlike anywhere else. Since the nicer guy who used to be so polite is gone I will make sure myself and all my friends go elsewhere. HOW RUDE! This store used to have employees with dignity, now I’d say it’s been replaced with incompetence!!!
