I was seen in a timely manner, and was treated with respect. I requested a shot for my symptoms, and I received one. I recommend this place highly! Thank you Christ for my care.

I’ve been meaning to write this review and complain about my experience with nurse practitioner (Angela Wuebbling). I came in for discomfort in my left ear, it was to the point where I couldn’t really hear out of it with slight pain. When she entered the room she didn’t introduce herself , she just asked what the problem was and took a otoscope to look in my ear, she said she didn’t see anything in it; not even wax. I asked more than once if she could flush my ear and she can’t just pull wax out of my ear if it’s not there. I didn’t care for her demeanor or tone with me for the 90 seconds that she was in the room. Even as a patient I know what I need and I went for a resolution. I went to urgent care in Norwood the next day and the doctor told me that he couldn’t even see my ear drum as it was compacted and that my ear needed to be flushed. I left the Norwood Urgent Care feeling heard but most importantly feeling better. My point is- if someone can’t properly diagnose an ear problem then how could you assess and diagnose a bigger issue if I had one. I typically love Christ but this was a horrible experience and horrible care. All health care professionals should be held accountable for how they treat people!

I was sent to Christ Hospital Urgent Care on a Saturday afternoon for a covid test and medication if positive. After a hour and half I was tested positive. The doctor refused to prescribe the standard of care medication at this time. I was discharged with Covid and no medication. Of course I was billed for service that I did not receive. The office staff is good the doctor does not have good judgment and does not treat his patients with the basic Standard of Medical Care. If you are feeling bad and cannot see your PCP, do not go to Christ Hospital Urgent Care.
