The staff on shift 10/19 evening, was very patient with my screaming 5 year old who turned out to have an ear infection. They listened to our concerns and thoroughly examined her. She was even sent off with some candy and stickers.

Doesn't know policies. Should know if a Company Contracts with them at the time of visit. So focused on the cash payment failed to read documentation stating the TB Service is Free. Sad that persons won't listen or verify what policies are.

Whatever you do, do not go here. My daughter was seen on Wednesday. They did not test her for Covid even though my husband asked them to test her. They labeled her illness as viral which is fine. It probably is but she has been very sick for the last 5 days. The dr refuses to excuse her Monday or Tuesday because she wasn't seen until Wednesday.... They then will not excuse her for Friday either as they say per policy they can only excuse her for 2 days and I could bring her back in to be seen again. This urgent care does not care about the wellbeing of anyone. When I had my migraine and went there a few months back I had to beg for the dr to give me migraine medication. They told me my blood pressure wasn't high when the nurse said it was. This urgent care wants to get you in and out and thats really all that they care about. If you need a drs note please just go to the regular dr. They do not care. I was in tears this morning. They kept saying the same thing. Its policy. Were under new management. My daughter is sick and they know she is sick just write the note so that it doesnt hurt her attendance. I don't know how they stay in business operating the way they do. I have read other 1 star reviews and I am baffled as to how they still have 4 stars. I have never in my life been in tears from an urgent care. Thanks for not caring.

We are sorry. Most people, we found out don't need urgent medical need after 8 pm, unless in emergency cases which are handled in hospital settings. Will pass to management if we have enough customers interested in coming later than 8. Hope you feel better

We currently are unable to perform an x-ray but we can write an order for it to be done elsewhere.
