I’ve came here for all my urgent needs and I’ve have received excellent care each and every time! Today Dr. Ferarri has been amazing by making you feel welcome, listening to the issues I’m having and then getting to the root and getting me some meds that I needed. I truly appreciate all the staff here from the receptionist all the way to the medical assistants they always always treat people with the respect we deserve! Thank you

Dr. Adel Salam is horrible he ignored me and did not see me after seeing all his other patients never came in and introduced his self nothing I had to get his name fro a co worker to report for neglect of care if someone is in urgent care u need to see them no matter what I will be calling due to his negligence

Paid for my visit & was told (by the doctor)I wouldn't have to pay for my follow up visit & guess what??? I had to pay again... & they did NOT fix what was wrong with me!!!

Yes. I agree with you. She is a remarkable person and awesome at what she does. I love her!!
they're very rude and they love to stand around and watch and take the authority of them being nurses they show that they are not concerned they're too laid-back and they're not concerned what the duties of the welfare of other people or consideration and very uncouth
