I visited today to get treated for Bronchitis. I’ve dealt with this issue for 26 years so I know what works when I get sick. The woman whom I saw today stated that she had strict directions from her director not to prescribe antibiotics and offered to give me steroids for treatment and that her hands were tied . She did offer to send in a script for the antibiotics that I needed but I would have to wait 5 days to get it filled which feeling miserable and working in a building with flights and flights of steps was not going to help me. I left without anything. I went to a tri health emergency room and did not ask for anything in particular as I didn’t before. The doctor recommended antibiotics and was not confident in giving steroid treatment being that I’m newly diagnosed diabetic which I did mention while my vitals were taken at the urgent care as well. I can respect a medical opinion if there is reasoning behind it. The lady at the urgent care came at me as if I was shopping for opioids. I will not take my hot dog there: ps I don’t own a dog

Great place to go if need minor urgent care healthcare. Staff was friendly helpful and efficient in assessment. Don't plan to go back but will be my goto for urgent care needs.

Great experience! MA was super friendly and made me feel so welcomed. Nurse practitioner Lindsey was so nice as well and very informative. Thank you to the staff for a quick visit. I recommend this office!
