A stray dog showed up at our house in Lebanon Virginia and she also came in side. My wife fed her sausage biscuit. They could tell that the dog has been taken care of so my wife and daughter took her to the vet to see if she had a chip so the owner could be notified. The dog did not have a chip and the vet said by law the dog has to be taken to the shelter. We were told that the dog would be up for adoption . We went on Friday and were given a run around. Lady in the office said that the dog would be up for adoption on Monday my We let the lady know that we wanted the dog. We went back today and were given another run around and caught the lady in several more lies. The lady is a two faced lier. The picture of the dog is still on the website saying it is up for adoption. I guess big money 💰 talks. My family and I would have been a great loving family for Jesse. I'm so disappointed and disgusted with Lebanon's shelter. Very very disappointed that we e don't get the dog.
