The maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. Covid has changed access to amenities somewhat, so the theater isn't really a thing and the gym equipment needs fixing, but the facilities themselves look great. The package hub is an awesome feature. I love that there are always kids playing outside, it brings life to the place. Parking is a struggle after 10pm and almost impossible to find after 11pm. Garbage space is limited and there needs to be a second area on site for that. Pay your bills on time and be a chill tenant who doesn't wreck the place and the management team will be super great to work with!

Erin at Ascot Point Village is a Rockstar! My husband and I were having a challenging time finding apartments in the Asheville area and Happened to have come across a listing online for this complex. Erin made the application to move in process seamless and easy from start to finish. A breathe of fresh air compared to other apartment communities we had previously toured who were less responsive. Thank you again Erin!!

Went there to look for an apartment for some friends, had one of the best experiences while looking for a rental space. The property manager Jonathan was awesome.
