I moved in only a week ago, but the property manager and other management personnel are absolutely phenomenal!!! I had some difficulties managing when my move-in date would be with my hectic work schedule, but they were so patient and did everything they could to move me in as soon as possible. The views from these apartments are also absolutely gorgeous and you are definitely getting amazing value for your rent. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move to Asheville!

Berrington was a pretty solid place to spend 15 months! Michelle in the front office handled multiple stressful renting situations with a fantastic attitude and great customer service. She’s the best! The maintenance (with recent hires) has also been very nice and consistent. The bedrooms are very big. The sunroom is a great addition to the apartment. We lived in building 2, and it was pretty noisy. Would suggest a building that isn’t on the main drag!
