Management is terrible, Maintenance is terrible. Apartments look as if they move a tenant out and do MINIMAL!!! Before moving a new tenant in.

Been here for 2 weeks and so far i'm very happy with my place and the service. Rooms are very spacious and I love the balcony size 😊. Maintenance is quick to respond to any request if needed and solves the issue very quickly. Xfinity internet included which is a big plus and the on site gym is nice for when you don't wanna go far and the neighborhood is clean and well kept. Once again, satisfied with this place so far. 5 stars 🌟

First let’s start with how rude the property manager is. You call with simple questions and she acts as though you are wasting her time. Second a few other people mentioned the ant problem and it seems like we all had the same issue. We pay all this money for the rent and they can’t get better pest control for the property?! Lastly, the rent prices here are ridiculous. Even the updated units aren’t the greatest. I am very glad I left this complex. I don’t recommend living here.

Hi Anthony! Here we use a pest control company and all apartments get treated yearly for preventative maintenance. Any other request for pest control can be called into the office and they come out on a biweekly cycle. We would be more than happy to put you on the list whenever you feel necessary.
