Why are you giving out apartments that are full of roaches and are old.. we have a massive roach infestation and don't even tell me to clean better or that I brought the roaches in. Shame on you London Terrace. Do better for your residents, then you probably will have better ratings.

It a nice complex to live but the kids play any space available.this makes it difficult for those who work at night to sleep.It would be nice if this kids could be directed to the design play grounds.

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES! There are an abundance of roaches in this complex! Unfortunately, they do not have regular exterminations so this infestation has increased tremendously. Even the woman at the maintenance office said that so many of the tenants are calling because of the increase of roach activity in their apartments. I was told that this place is very old and that it is common for older complex’s to have roaches. How disgusting! I see that other tenants have been complaining about roaches on this review board for years with management responding and acknowledging this issue. HOW SHAMEFUL THAT THIS PLACE KNOWS ABOUT THE ROACH INFESTATION AND DOES THE BARE MINIMUM! 1. Exterminating a single unit is not going to extradite the infestation in the ENTIRE BUILDINGS. 2. Not increasing efforts to fix the problem is going to intensify the infestation. 3. Telling tenants they needs to clean better, they maybe brought the roaches, or that the building is just old is unprofessional. 4. Simply, DO BETTER!
