Grandmother stays here and loves it. The residents I've met all seemed very happy. They have some community gatherings so there is something to do every day.

No boat at Apartments but think is a boat dock down street. It's nice. Spots for cars in parking lot.
I thought this was affordable housing for seniors 62+. I am only living on one social security check. What is the rent for a 1 bedroom
