This is a wonderful apartment community with the best amenities! They have a huge pool, a state of the art fitness center, a top notch dog park and an amazing movie theater! There are all kinds of shops and restaurants close by as well. HIGHLIGHT: The office staff truly care for the residents that live here! They really go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of during the duration of their stay. In my opinion, that's very important. I would like to highlight the maintenance staff as well. They are so knowledgeable and seem to fix everything with ease. They are always prepared, on time and very kind! I would HIGHLY recommend Clemmons Town Center Luxary Apartments if you are looking for a new place to call HOME! -Take care-

The apartment is good. Well maintained. Maintenance crew is knowledgeable and helpful. Walking around is also fun. Shops around here are still coming up. But the main problem is 🐕 dogs. People Don’t pickup after their dogs. After so many reminders and boards. I hate it. If not for dog problem, I would give it 5.

Not very friendly.. My brother tried moving in there and because he was black they told him he needed to make 5 times the rent l. Who inbthe world that makes over 5500 wants to live in an apartment..
