Hey Walgreens, what’s the point of having express pass when the employee had no idea what it was, and had me tell him the name of my medication instead of just asking my name/DOB? How incredibly violating, especially when there were other customers around. Between that and the incredibly long wait times, I’m switching my prescriptions. To anyone contemplating using this location… please don’t!

Yes this pharmacy takes a while to get your prescription filled however everything takes a little longer in the world today. Everyone is overworked underpaid and definitely under appreciated! It is not the pharmacists fault you waited until last minute to get your refill or that your doctor hasn’t called it in OR that your insurance won’t pay. I want to THANK the staff for staying open 24 hours and continuing to work so my family can get their medication. You are appreciated!

Honestly if I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would! We stopped to fill 2 prescriptions after a dental emergency. We originally stopped at another Walgreens closer to the clinic we had just left and were told they didn't have the medication in stock. That pharmacist called the West Jordan pharmacy to check the stock and make them aware we were coming. When we pulled through the drive up window in West Jordan, the pharmacy tech was very polite and told us it would take 45 minutes to fill one of the prescriptions, when asked why it would take so long she replied "because it's locked in a timed safe". When my boyfriend pressed harder as to why, when they knew we were coming and drove so far out of our way to get there, she replied "I'm sorry, that's what the pharmacist said." It was 11:30pm and not a car or person in line. The Pharmacist came to the window and was so unprofessional and rude without provocation. When my boyfriend asked why it would take 45 minutes she said "because we have many orders to fill and you're wasting my time right now, you're wastng my time." I have never been talked to with such disrespect and will never take my business there again and will never recommend them. We took our business directly across the street to CVS where the pharmacist was kind and very professional.

Words cannot describe how much I hate this pharmacy. They are incredibly slow and their customer service leaves something to be desired. They text you to tell you that your prescription is ready and when you show up, it was never filled! They offer to ship your prescription then when you call a wek later because you still haven't seen it, they let you know they never shipped it but didn't call to let you know. Fill anywhere but here, save yourself the trouble.
