Where should I begin and then I'm going to shop at this Tilly's location where my girlfriend went and found a cute Quicksilver sure that had a tag that said it had an awesome discount l. Well once we went to check out they couldn't locate the shirt and tell us what the price was we had two different employees including the manager look for it we were waiting there for about 20 minutes yet he didn't acknowledge us or ask us anything towards compensating for the time that we have been waiting for them to find the right pricing. On the shirt the kid on the register was nice but also not understanding where they couldn't even provide us the discount and at the end they decided to tell us that the shirt was full price what happened to customer service at local retail stores the 2020 infect people were they lost their sense of common Sense towards customers and generosity are society is literally a loss cause.

Manager needs to work on being professional and kind to customers. I had a terrible experience working there a few years back and I needed proof of employment, so I called and the manager answers the phone with a “yo yo yo” very unprofessional. I was nice from the beginning asking if they had what I needed on file. They assured me I have to call corporate for that which I was unaware of. I said thank you and they rudely hung up on me. Very unhappy and someone this rude should not be running a store.

I stopped in the store today to look at shoes and the guy working in that area was super helpful and friendly. Even though I ended up trying on about 5 different pairs of shoes, he didn't have a problem with going in the back each time to grab a new pair. He also gave me suggestions on the kinds he liked and which ones were more comfortable. Other than the prices being a bit high, the only thing I really wish they had was a bigger selection of comfier shoes. Many of them were too flat inside.

Come to Tilly's of West Jordan to morph into to an Orange County local with the swipe of a credit card. I tease, but am guilty of hypocrisy. In my 40s now, I'm guilty of mid-life denial. I should be at Vineyard Vines, but Tilly's identifies with me. Why else would I be there? Santa Cruz stuff is still cool at any age, even if you're not into psychodelic mushrooms...which I am certainly not. I'd give Pacific Sunwear... I mean Zumiez...I mean Vans...I mean Tilly's 5 stars if there was more diversity of design selection (so I didn't wear the same thing as everyone else) and better prices.
