I could spend HOURS in this store. It's exhausting. They have decent clothes for good price, but to find what I'm looking for could be in multiple places. If the organization was better the store would be great.

We bought a package of bath towels. The towels were bundled together with a ribbon. It was during the day so not a lot of people in the store, the checker removed a security device on the towel, so we paid, and left. No alarm went off as we left the store. We got home only to find out one of the towels still had a 2nd security device attached that they were supposed to remove at the store.. The device clearly states that we should not try to remove it because it will spray ink. So, The next day we had to drive back to the store (with gas prices above $5 per gallon, this almost doubled the cost of the towels). There was no apology, not even an acknowledgement that they should have removed the security device. In fact, they seemed annoyed that we were even there. If I could give zero stars I would.
