I was able to exchange my mattress that I had bought about a month before from them and he gave us new sheets and pillow cases plus a bonus off the price of the new Tempur-pedic mattress. He gave us all of the information we needed, answered all of our questions and still gave us space to look around and talk amongst ourselves.
