Dr.Stanley is fantastic. Unfortunately, I must agree with the other 1 star reviews. I would bet that the doctor (s) haven't seen the reviews. I actually have one of the office workers call me and confront me aggressively about something that had nothing to do with her or her office. I was stunned and flabbergasted and did not know what to say when she called me and I am going through some issues between my ears - which many people are who have to come to a neurologist - and her aggressive phone call put me into a mental loop for over 2 weeks of straight negativity. They call me the day before an appointment and cancel it because they will not do anything with the insurance they want everybody else to do the work for them like the primary or whatever. My primary doctor said that's generally not how it's done, she said usually the specialist staff is the one that schedules MRIs and gets with the insurance and just everything else. Based on the reviews and my personal experience I have to agree with nearly everything that was posted. Again Dr Stanley was fantastic. Her bedside manners were awesome. Her delivery of not the greatest news in the world was done with feeling and care. In my personal experience I had to go see the doctor and speak with her about her staff not getting stuff done. She stressed to them that she wanted my stuff done as quickly as possible in my presence she did this. I'm speaking about the doctor. But nothing has changed with the staff. To be going through what I'm going through and not have an office staff that you feel comfortable with or you can trust is very disheartening

Dr. Stanley is an amazing doctor, she does everything she can to help you as much as possible. She takes the time to sit with you and understand your problems and what you are going through. She is very thorough. Now they are a very small office with only 3 girls working there. The girls are very pleasant and they try their hardest for only have 3 people working in an office like this. Just have some patience's.

The reviews are mixed. My personal experience with Dr. Stanley was great. She is straight to the point and thorough. I am new to the area and from Miami and the care in this area is so different. Those reviews that were negative must have never received care in Miami where you have to wait 6 months to see a specialist. Doctors need to be straightforward and sometimes have to tell you what you don't want to hear or expect the self diagnosis to be rectified. The office staff was also very polite. The way you project yourself makes a difference in your treatment. Just my honest opinion. GREAT OFFICE!

First time I have been there! And I must say from the staff to Dr Stanley Beena very thorough . In everything I had been going through with my CTE from past concussions nice respectful and caring. Would highly recommend
