It’s only 7:30 on Friday 10/14 and the store is locked ?!! On the door it says it closes at 8p on Friday. I asked the rep when he let the ppl in the store out at 7:35 if the store was closing early and he nodded yes. No apology or anything. There was only one other customer in the store with him. ARE YOU MANAGING a retail store that supports a $106B business or a mom and pop shop? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I do read them often when knowing what to expect or if I should even give a business/store or service my time or money. Anyway, I had went to another ATT where I had gotten the worst service and I did write a review on them. But if I able to type up a review of poor service I should be willing to also give a review where I received great service. I went into this location today, actually twice. The first time, there were no customers. So great, no wait time! Cool. So then I got help for setting up my new phone and seeing if I could transfer any old info from my previous broken phone. The guy was really nice and genuine/professional. Even gave me info about getting my phone looked at by an outside/partnered company to see if they could fix the phone too. Left and ran some errands, came back to the store because I was getting an error message when making FaceTime calls. This was a little later in the day, so more customers. A man was being assisted by another rep, a lady was being helped by the guy that helped me, another lady was waiting before me and then an older gentleman comes in. Everyone was nice including the customers. I let the older guy get help from the other rep because I went back to the same guy that helped me before. He went back and serviced the phone, told me what the issue was. And if I was still having issues he would be glad to help me again. I caught him when he was just about to leave for the day. So nice for him to fit me in. Anyway, long story short check out this location. Dude's name is Austin. Good customer service is hard to find these days so when you do get it- appreciate it!
