The employees here will lie to you to get you to sign up for at&t service. Then when you call to explain that you were lied to they make up excuses saying “we have 30 different types of scenarios a day, sorry” and “Depends on who you speak to at at&t”. This was the manager saying these things. The first employee that answered was friendly and agreed this was not right. Luckily everything is recorded and at&t corporate is already investigating the management and the employee that lies to customers. At&t does not tolerate this kind of behavior and will make sure these employees are held accountable. Thank you to the real at&t team and not this lying establishment.
