I came into to get the new iPhone 14. This nice young lady named “Jacqueline” was very sweet, had a great personality, & very helpful throughout the process of me getting a new line with Verizon. I will be returning for future technology & software. I truly recommend others to communicate with her when starting with Verizon.

Awesome customer services . I smashed my phone and needed to get another one (a truck drivers nightmare ) went to a different location at first and it was the worst .. caught a Lyft here and was helped and really they went above and beyond to help me .. I ended up with a upgrade and a watch ..

Very poor experience at this store. We were given the wrong phone at our appointment and Zachary Sorensen , our sales associate, continued to argue with us and prove his point that HE was right. Right or wrong in this case should not matter, the only thing that does is making the customer happy I thought..? Definitely avoid Zachary if you come to this store.

The service isn’t that great. No one greeted us when we walked in. The sales rep walked to the back room for like 5 minutes came out and saw us standing there and went back in the room. She was not helpful at all after she approached us. I see why they get little business

Call the store to determine stock availability. My wife and I were able to walk out with a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra for her, same day.
