I had already done most of my research for what I was looking to buy and honestly was really just there to try them on to confirm my fit & then purchase online at home later. However Johnny Alvarez's kindness & professionalism won me over. He was genuinely caring & courteous about the two boot brands I was looking at, he answered all my questions professionally, he was not pushy in anyway, he generally cared about the work I was did for a living, to get a sense of picking the right boot that would last.
