Staff is very polite. The location is great. Immediately on/off the highway for travel. Lobby and halls are clean. It seems to be an older hotel. *The A/C temperature control buttons are missing. You can operate the temperature with effort. The room wasn't bad as far as amenities refrigerator, hair dryer, and microwave. Great breakfast area, large room for several guests. It was quiet here. The pool looks nice, not open yet. Carpet seemed clean. *Washer and dryer on site. Soap and dryer sheets available at the desk.

Wouldn't return unless I had to. The smell in my room was very off-putting and the tub wouldn't drain properly

It’s safe to say I’ve found my home base when staying in the Louisville area! Best Western, Shepherdsville not only checked all the boxes, but definitely exceeded my expectations. When you consider value in terms of service, cleanliness, location, and amenities, this BW is going to be the most bang for your buck. Rooms were spacious, modern, and beds were extremely comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, and the breakfast had a nice variety. I highly recommend!

Beds are very hard, but the room was clean. Although they had cleared the snow and ice from the front door, they hadn’t even salted the other doors. At breakfast, they had the waffle maker available for use and refrigerated, individually packaged breakfast sandwiches. The coffee station was very basic with no flavored creamer. Overall I wasn’t impressed and wouldn’t stay here again.
