The people are friendly, they go out to help you when you need something they stay with you they don't run away and help you get that what you need I think Lowe's it's very friendly people thank God we got here I'm going to go there every time I need to.

Wanted a new mower, I called ahead to make sure the one I wanted was in stock. The nice girl at the service desk confirmed it was in stock. When I arrived it was not out front. She spent 30 minutes trying to find the mower I wanted. She finally found it and I paid and was on my way. I appreciate all her help

This store had the friendliest and most helpful staff of any Lowes I’ve ever visited. Their app showed some items in stock that were not located on the shelf. At other Lowe’s, I have been told that the app was wrong, but here I was told to let them search. No less than three employees helped, but Matt located them two aisles away on the very top of the highest shelf. He used a cherry picker to retrieve them and brought them to me at the service desk. This was second shift. Thank you, guys, for your professionalism. I highly recommend this Lowe’s.

Nice store and the employees are helpful. They usually have what I'm looking for but since Menards opened I usually go there instead.
