Just got hired on through the temp agency Randstad. Just a note about randstad, benefits are pretty good, medical, dental, vision, short term disability and life insurance. Medical is the only one that starts after 90 days. Everything else starts on the first of the month after being hired. Starting pay is $19 for day, $20 evenings, and I think a 2 day shift for $21. When going through full time hiring process you will go through a background check and hair drug test. Now, I work for Magna. Magna has to be one of the best companies I’ve worked for. There’s days when they provide lunch, ice cream, etc. Also has a marketplace for snacks and microwaveable foods. Free coffee too. Depending on the department you’re in pay starts at $18, $19, $20 or $21and goes up after 12 months. Benefits are good but doesn’t start til 90 days after hired on. As long as you show the willingness to learn you’ll have no problem here. Expect 12 hour shifts with overtime and Sundays are double time. Try to keep schedule flexible because at the temp orientation they let you know, due to seniority, your schedule may change. But they try to work with you. Also important to communicate with supervisors and respect company rules. Really appreciate this company.

Don't expect to be "trained" that's a joke. If the old school crew in there doesn't accept you you're OUT but people Walk around there high as a kite and still have a job! They don't even appreciate people who come to work everyday!

This job is not good at all , I”been working with this company 3 months and they”ve closed for two weeks and when I went back to work I couldn’t clock in , they ve never told me I was fired till I called my agency , they fired me for nothing , please people don’t ever apply for this company , they lie to everyone and they fire you for nothing , they hire new people everyday , and they don’t like Spanish people at all and Latin people as well.

I work for this company for several months, at first it was a really get job. then I went full time with the company and Immediately they started shorting my pay, I was doing team lead rolls and only paid the normal rate. Everyone always wanted to promise I’d get paid for this and that yet it never happened.
