What a great place to eat! I'm not as big a fan of salads as the rest of my family, but there is such a variety of items to put on a salad or have with it that everyone including myself left satisfied.

Masks are required. They have disposable gloves before the plates. You must use a glove to put the items on your plate.
Yup, by the pound. You go up, get any of the food that you want (it's set up like a salad bar), and they weigh it during check out.
