Several businesses are trying to make it, but only Harbor Freight seems to do well there. Parking areas are mostly empty. Back in the 1970s it was the new center for businesses in Texarkana. Hope is still alive. Originally owned by a country star named Kitty Wells.

Love the new stores. Had to take this for proof. How lazy and rude could that driver be. What if someone who could barely walk far needed a space? And at 2 pm shopping at harbor freight and tools.

Friendly. Clean. Fair pricing. The pool is open. No elevator. The King/Queen suite is a nice arrangement.
