The hotel and rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was options were good. We were in room 310 and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was hard and felt and sounded like we were sleeping on thin plywood. The bed was so terrible that we finally got up at 6AM our final morning and got out of there. We said sitting in our truck was more comfortable than that bed. Also, the card entry for the left side door worked for us one time. After that it would stop. After the 2nd time getting our cards replaced, we just gave up.

WOW !! outstanding service !! made me feel at home the minute that i walked in the door !! clean, comfortable stay !! i was meeting with friends to pick up a new furry addition to my home. i chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. much nicer, cleaner, and friendlier than others i have stayed in !! i honestly was expecting a less than clean experience because of the pet thing. i made a reservation for a King Suite and was pleasantly delighted. comfortable and clean. it was a cold, snowy night and they were extremely patient and accomodating !! this location is in an area easy to get to and many hotels all together. i was traveling SOLO and felt completely safe ! will definitely stay here again when in the area !! thank you !

Cons: These far outweigh the pros. The first room had a non-working toilet, so we were moved. The next room did not appear to have been cleaned very well. A used towel hung on the back of the door, and there was pieces of popcorn and other debris on the carpet (so had not been vacuumed). The trash cans were old, rusted, and the inside was disgusting looking - should definitely look into adding liners. Finally, the blackout curtains in the room would not close all the way, only the see-through ones would close. So light (both natural and neon from the signs at the business across the street) poured through the room all night. Pro: The towels were very soft. I'm just not positive they were clean.

Check in was fantastic! The person who checked us in was amazing and very friendly. However, as soon as we got into our room I could tell that it was not clean. The towels that were from the previous guest were just shoved in weird places, there was a toy left in plain sight and the room was extremely warm. We asked for fresh towels and took the toy to the front. Front desk even admitted of being short cleaning staff and they just have “just missed,” some things. Not exactly what you wanna hear during COVID times. I will say that front desk offered to change rooms, but our baby was already getting a bath for bed. When we asked if there was a fan or how to make it cooler, she told us to make it warmer? My husband ended up buying a fan for our stay. All together, I am not very happy with our stay. If we didn’t need the room I would have walked out.
