FOREIGN CUSTOMER SERVICE We have always eaten Pizza Hut. Recently, though, we spent over $60 on a delivery order and one pizza was supposed to have extra sauce but had NONE AT ALL. I wasn't mad at first, these things happen, not trying to be a Karen, BUT ... I called our local store # to see what they could do to fix it. Called and got: press 1 to order, press 2 for all other ; pressed 2 and got an ad for car insurance THEN an ad talking about ROACHES and pest control services. (not appetizing while eating your food) After a confusing direction on what to do next, I just hung up. I honestly thought I had maybe dialed wrong #. NOPE, next time I got same thing. So I pressed 1 (to place order) and got a REAL person, She could barely speak English. I explained what happened and that I thought their customer service line had been hacked. She apologized and said she would report it right away. She said I needed to speak to my local store. She said she would connect me. She put me through to the same recorded car insurance and pest control ads. The customer feedback was looped where I could NOT even contact Pizza Hut with my issue. So hopefully, someone with the company will see this. They have lost a customer and after asking around, they have lost many because of this issue. We are going to try and chose more locally owned and operated businesses. I looked it up, and it seems India is where we call now when we order pizza by phone and for customer service. There is NO WAY to contact the local store. This is VERY SAD!

Placed order came before they said it would be ready. Ended up waiting 20min or longer just for someone to come and help us. They took our $ walked back to back and started working again just to have to wait again anither 10+ min for them to get us our order then get home and the food was cold and soggy. We live 5-10 min drive away. There's absolutely no reason food should have been cold and soggy. 0 stars. Doubt we will order from there again.

Needs to expand territory. Both Arkansas restaurants refuse to deliver to 915 E Broad. A retirement community where delivery is needed. Located less than a mile from Sterling Crest Both refuse to deliver there! BOO BOO! BOOOO!
