Breakfast and front desk staffs are friendly and helpful but you'd better check your room before unpacking. I found chips on the floor and garage in the bin just after unpacked everything. I would not give a room like this to my guests.

This is one of the first times that the actual room was better than the photos on the website! It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Hotel staff were all courteous helpful. We highly recommend this place and we will book there again in the future.

Since the renovations, this has been a top spot for my stays when travelling to the Baltimore area. The rooms are great, the staff is excellent and the location is super convenient.

Overall this is a good hotel for the size of the room, price, and location. Once renovations are complete, it will be a much nicer place to stay. Pros: Good location, nice staff, good price for the size of the room (we had the two bedroom suite), suite was large with a full kitchen. Cons: Dated decor, under renovation (December 2021 stay) which was noisy at times, only one elevator while the floor plan is wide, outlets in the bathrooms didn't work.
