They have been promising to fix the road for years now, Ive requested for the dead limbs to be cut out of this big oak tree for years now too which exactly a month ago one fell and put a dent in my new Volvo but they said that it was not their problem, they also said they would not raise the lot rent up Gain for at least 5 years and it has only been 2 and a half years. Okay, I have live in this mobile home park now since 2011. I am so upset but that means nothing to them. I have stuck over $1000 into this lot, made promises, and yet to my surprise (hardly because I know better) they raise the rent again, change the date that the rent is due, and have yet to fix this road or any other thing that I know of. They only have one one dumpster so when the trash is full it gets scattered all over the park and its not even safe to walk to the mailbox because of the dogs that allowed to roam free and looks to be starving and I see no employee on sight everyday if there was a problem to arise or busted water pipes or what not. I'm extremely disappointed as anyone else would be.

The smell of raw sewage around#12 is ongoing for months..raw sewage is flowing from the outtside yard clean out constantly for months now. Repeated reminders to manager never any actions taken.
