Overall one of the nicer places in Knoxville. Located in a good area within walking distance to all the attractions of downtown. Lobby is nice, but certain employees were rude. Was downstairs and lady demanded that I show her my room key. While I was looking for it I explained to her what room number and last name, she continued to rudely demand to see the room key. It was a little awkward being that there were other people there but she continued to watch over my party the entire time. Housekeeping staff was all really nice. The rooftop bar is set up nice and the happy hour from 5-7 was a good deal for the price per night. The breakfast in the morning was possibly the worst system I’ve ever seen. It’s almost like a school lunch line, with a nasty red haired lady screaming at everyone as soon as you enter the breakfast area (which doesn’t have enough seating so you’ll be forced to take your food to go even though there’s an entire balcony section closed off). Without failure every time we went to get breakfast this woman would be yelling either at my party or another party. Was disappointing to wake up to. Overall rooms were clean and beautiful hotel just some of the staff def need customer service training.

Wonderful location, great staff, clean atmosphere, and a great experience for family. My best hotel experience in years. Staff were wonderful especially Greg who greeted us with the warmest ‘good morning’ ever. Rooms were large and updated. Rooftop was so nice for kids! Will definitely stay here next time in Knoxville!!!!

Stayed here for a business trip. Nice hotel with good meeting spaces. Room was nice, 1 king room, had a slight view of street. Located near the market, which makes it perfect for lunch, dinner, etc. Breakfast is complementary. A couple oddities..., 1. The shower configuration is weird, at least in the room stayed in, with the handle to turn on the water located on the opposite side of the shower than the shower head and door, so you have to enter the shower to turn it on where you are directly in the path of spray. 2. At breakfast, they have a person that helps direct you to a seat and gets you a water and silverware. They expect a tip and it is obvious so you will need some cash in your pocket. 3. There is no hotel parking. This is important because you will need to find someplace to park. The market place garage is close by, has surveillance and a couple guards. The hotel does offer valet parking at 4x the garage price per day. So you will need to be prepared for a slight hike to your vehicle or a significant price to not have to walk.

I travel a ton with our gymnastics team and I am in charge of booking rooms for our staff. This was the best embassy suites we have ever stayed in! Totally top ratings across the board. Breakfast staff was so welcoming and went over and beyond to accommodate our needs. So clean! Very NEW hotel. You will definitely get a good nights sleep in those comfy beds too. I'm sure I can speak of 100 more things, but definitely the way to go in Knoxville, Tn. Thanks staff for an awesome experience.
