If nothing else the maintenance workers are the hardest working people I've met. Ryne helped me to unlock my car when my dog was stuck on a hot day, and Tiffany, on top of apartment maintenance, will power wash the spaces that need it. The maintenance workers are truly diverse workers and are gems inside of the gates.

I am owed $150 and Rivers Daley and the Trellis apt team will not return any emails or calls. I won’t even talk about all that drama that ensued before being owed the money. I’d look elsewhere before moving here bc the front office is incapable of communicating.

Do not rent from them they are liar they're over price they are a Con artist. I have moved out on June 22nd and I have yet to receive my security deposit back I keep calling and they keep giving me the run around do not trust the Trellis apartment there are some scam artists. I'll be Seeking Legal advice!!!! Do not move they'll take your money..
