They are ALL such great people especially Ms.Sherica Williams. UPDATE: maintenance team TERRIBLE!!! I’ve been dealing with Ms.Dixon and Ms.Small they was very nice (LOVE THEM) but the maintenance teams has lied on me and also don’t want to come fix any issues concerning my apartment they excuse was that they are short staffed but even if you are short staffed it doesn’t take a team to be respectful and nice to residents…. They definitely can sell you a Unit but their maintenance team is TRASH!!!!!

These are terrible apartments. They do not maintain the appliance in the apartment. You leave messages an reports an they dont call you back. Maitenance emergency are put off for weeks with no regard for your well being or compensation . They are rude an dont listen. They have an excuse for everything.

This is an awful place to stayTo stay every time I touch something it falls apart.My neighbors are really and out of control.When I bring it to the attention of the office staff is nothing done about it .The police is always over hereHere it is Thanksgiving morning and I get notes on my door talking about I'm in violation when all I do is put a note on the neighbor's door about them keeping quietAnd they're playing the innocent role currently they have some kind of rapport with the person in the officeThey're breaking the rules my neighbors but I'm the one who's constantly being subjected to inspectionThey come in my house look in my closet look in my refrigerator without washing the hands who does that.

I called in this morning just to check and see if they did subsidized housing and Ms. Sherica Answered the phone, the way she answered the phone was absolutely amazing I was in a really bad mood and just hearing how excited and happy she sounded to be able to help with my questions made my morning a lot better. I wish everyone would be the way she was on the phone. Thank you so much for your help and positive energy Ms. Sherica!
