This Starbucks has the best customer service in the valley. Employees are genuine all the time and they do everything to make it easier for you. When the app is down they did not charge us for anything. Yeah it was $15 gesture but it makes consumer happy!

Very fast and super friendly. Just off of 215 in the sugarhouse shopping area. Very easy to get to. We came just before they closed and snagged their last Turkey, Bacon Eggwhite sandwiches. We also wanted to purchase a couple of large tumblers with straws. The Barista had a variety for us to choose from as we drove up to the window and not once did we feel like we were burdening him.

This is literally the slowest Starbucks in the country. Seriously, when you think to yourself “I should swing by this location” instead get on I-80 and head West because the 12 hour drive to Seattle will be a blessed respite from the wait here. All joking aside we waited on site 25min for an online order. Meanwhile watched one of the employees run out of almond milk half way through making a coffee and just fill up the coffee with regular milk…I’m sure they weren’t lactose intolerant or anything.

Got a large chai and was half empty without even taking a sip. Embarrassing. Not paying to get half a drink sheesh
