I rated the app one star but the actual location is absolutely fantastic! Thanks b&b!! Edit: Still a great place to go; I love their bacon breakfast burrito with a little hot sauce, and of course their coffee is spot on! App still needs some work, but just go in and order. It's rarely too busy and there's never too long a wait

It's ok. They were polite. They do not do pour-overs. Many of their drinks are pre-made and are in the 'specialty coffee' realm, meaning drip coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, etc. I'm not sure if the shots are pulled by hand or its just a machine, but I do not recall seeing them grind or tamp my espresso although it's possible.. I ordered an iced Americano w/ 3 shots espresso. It was pretty average, but served it's purpose. There was a used/discarded vape pen in one of the chairs, which was gross. I probably wouldn't be back as there's a lot of coffee shops around in the area, but no hard feelings as it's just not for me.

Beans and Brews is doing a good job following COVID safety practices. Dots on the floor, safety shields are in place, and plenty of floor space that encourages social distancing, while awaiting your morning caffeine fix. I definitely feel safe visiting.
